CFS Coffee For The Soul, Heathrow

Highly recommend! Went to the Lake Mary location for the first time, and was so pleased. The food was delicious! I tried a Calentao or Calentado( not sure if I misspelled it) and it was so so good and it tasted so fresh. My children had the pancakes and cinnamon roll and loved it. Will definitely return. The atmosphere was great, and the service was amazing. The young lady at the register was so patient, nice and attentive.

The atmosphere here is so calming. It's the perfect environment to enjoy a Columbian espresso! They have an array of drinks and snacks to enjoy, plus a full breakfast and lunch menu. You can't go wrong with my favorite order: Large Farmer's Coffee and a Yucca Waffle BEC.

My husband and I stopped by for brunch last weekend, and we had a great experience! From the moment we walked in, the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful—especially when it came to guiding us through the menu on our first visit. We ended up trying the Iced Berry Matcha Latte, the BLTE Yuca Waffle Sandwich, The Works Omelet, and the Acai-Berry Protein Bowl. Everything was fresh and flavorful, but the standout for me was definitely the acai bowl—it was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented! The space did get busy while we were there, and since seating is first-come, first-served, it's worth arriving a bit early if you're coming during peak hours. All in all, a cozy spot with great food and friendly service—looking forward to coming back!

well, me and my dear friend Marly entered CFS and we were immediately greeted by the kindest barista ever name Santiago he catered to all of our concerns and preferences in a respectful and great way. the customer service was amazing and we will will definitely be back.

Great place with delicious food and excellent service. My family and I were visiting and found this place through good maps. We are so grateful we found it! They have authentic Colombian dishes with a twist and an excellent selection of pastries and baked goods ranging from croissants to lemon cake. The pistachio iced coffee is a must-have! I also enjoyed my yucca waffle BLTE. If I am ever in the area, I will surely return.

CFS is absolutely an incredible restaurant and coffee shop. The waffle BLT was “insanely good,” and my matcha latte was perfect. My daughter’s iced caramel latte was also perfect. Luis working at the front counter made us feel like we were at a Michelin star restaurant by walking us through everything on the menu. I would highly recommend CFS!

In the Lake Mary/Sanford area for a soccer tournament and found this quaint gem! I ordered an Americano to go and a sweet cheese arepa. The coffee shop is absolutely adorable. They have food options, various wine choices, full coffee bar and a dessert case full of pastries. A great find! I will definitely be back to try something on the menu.

I'm a die-hard fan of this place and it's super close to my apartment complex. I love everything about this place from the vibes and service, to the coffee, smoothies, and food (Except the protein pancakes/waffles, those suck no cap). Love this spot. Great place to bring a laptop and study/work or game. The guest internet is banging too. Keep up the great work guys! P.S. The booth tables are where it's at! Super comfy!! Good luck snatching one though hehehe
